I can almost smell it!!! How about sharing the recipe for the dough? I'd be interested to know whether you use any oil with it, or just (like myself) flour, water, salt and yeast.

I just used the recipe that came with the breadmaker:325ml Water2 Tablespoons Olive Oil1 1/2 teaspoons salt600g / 4 cups bread flour2 1/2 teaspoons Tandaco YeastI then used the "Dough" program on the machine: 1st knead 3 minutes; 2nd knead 27 minutes; 1st rise 1 hour. Makes 1 kg dough.Roll out dough into lightly floured surface into rounds. I made 3 smaller rounds for the children, then one big rounded rectangular type shape for the parents. Place onto lightly greased oven tray. Sprinkle or spread pizza with selected pizza toppings.Bake in pre-heated oven at 200 deg C for 12 - 15 minutes or until base is cooked and topping heated through.We've been making this about once a week since, and have agreed to never buy pizza takeaway again.
