Share_an_idea

We went to the Share an Idea expo.

We used lego to build some buildings on a Christchurch centre city street map.

We drew some pictures of what we would like to see in Christchurch, and got to talk about our pictures for the video camera.  Then we pinned our pictures on the wall for the staff to look at later.

The staff were really interested in even the children's ideas.  They asked the children lots of questions about their lego buildings and their pictures.

The Big Quake - By M (age 7)

At lunch time on the big fort an earthquake hit it was a big one. I was on the senior balance lucky I could jump off because it was the third highest one because I had just got on,since I can do It very fast. When it had stopped I saw lots of people running back to their rooms but I got down and walked back to my room. When I got back into the room we had to stay at our desks.

Introduction

My other blog "Adulcia" is mostly about my inner journey, about faith, about the "deeper" stuff of life.

But I felt I also needed somewhere to post my "surface stuff" - the day to day things that happen in a family.

So here goes.
